Our Story

We started making fudge years before launching our brand, originally as gifts for family. Years later, after perfecting our recipes through what we created, we launched White Wolf Creek Fudge™ at Lisa Loucks-Christenson’s White Wolf Creek Gallery & Gifts™ in Stockholm, Wisconsin and Rochester, Minnesota. In 2011, our fudge was proudly featured as a specialty product on QVC Television, where we sold nearly 7,000 pounds in just over seven minutes*.

Today, our fudge continues to be lovingly crafted by our family through Kettle Fudge™, our family-owned, large-batch wholesale company. We remain committed to small-batch, artisanal production and offer over 175 flavors, including our signature 4-pack QVC Collection.
